Carriage paid means you arrange and pay the return shipment using a carrier of your choice, including any duties or taxes where applicable.

Returns of faulty or incorrect items are always free of charge.

Europe A: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Europe B: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.


Can I return my order?

Yes.

If you've ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping fees vary by destination, as shown above.


What condition must the shoes be in?

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and in new condition;
  • complete with the original shoebox, insoles, laces, hangtags and all original packaging;
  • tried on only indoors, on a clean surface.

Returns showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

Items from the same order should be returned together whenever possible. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns submitted separately from the same order.


Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom or made-to-order products.
  • Outside the EU and UK, items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Within the EU and UK, all items—including sale items—remain covered by your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see below).

How do I request a return or exchange?

  1. Sign in to account.hyusto.com or open your order confirmation email.
  2. Select the item you'd like to return.
  3. Tell us the reason for your request and choose between a refund or a size exchange.
  4. Submit your request. Every return is personally reviewed by our Customer Care team within 2 business days—no return is processed automatically.
  5. Once approved, we'll email you the return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return label.

Customers in Italy, Europe A, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada receive a prepaid return label by email.

For all other destinations, we'll provide the information needed to return your order using a carrier of your choice.

Home collection can be arranged upon request by contacting info@hyusto.com for Italy, Europe A, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.


Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All HYUSTO orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and taxes are included at checkout whenever applicable.

For returns from outside the European Union, import duties already paid cannot be refunded. Returns are shipped carriage paid by the customer.

Please contact us before shipping your return so we can identify the parcel as a re-import and help avoid unnecessary customs charges.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return (typically 5–10 business days after delivery to our warehouse).

Any applicable return fee will be deducted from the refund.

For customers in the EU and UK, your refund includes both the product price and the original standard shipping cost, as required by law. If you selected an upgraded delivery service, only the equivalent standard shipping cost is refundable.

Choose a HYUSTO Gift Card instead of a cash refund and we'll add 10% extra value.


Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are available for customers in Italy, Europe A, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

Exchanges can only be made for another size or colour of the same product code, subject to availability.

Different styles cannot be exchanged.

Your replacement pair will be shipped as soon as we receive and approve the returned item.

Returned products must be unworn and complete with all original packaging.


EU & UK — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

You can start your request through your account or by emailing info@hyusto.com.

We'll refund the product price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or valid proof that it has been shipped).

Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility, according to the fee table above.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Under EU and UK consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund for products that are faulty or not as described within 2 years of purchase, at no cost to you.

Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items is always covered by HYUSTO.
