We believe all of our products are awesome, but if something is just not right with them, we'll accept returns and exchanges.
Can I Return my order?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order within 14 days from the delivery. To Qualify to an exchange or return shoes must be in new condition with original packaged contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, hangtags, collateral, etc)
What if I tried my shoe?
Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes received in a condition with excess wear or damage may not qualify for a return or exchange.
How Do I request a Return?
You can click on the page Return Form, insert your order number, your email and you will need to pick the item to be returned. You will be needed to insert the reason of the return and you can also insert extra notes and images in case is needed. If you are willing to request a pick from your house, then please insert into the notes so that our customer care team will be back to you to agree a proper time. Then will be required to choose between the possibility to have an exchange or a refund. You will receive an email confirmation of the request of the return.
How much will cost returns shipment?
All costs for shipment of returns and or exchange (besides returns due to our fault or damaged shoes) are at responsibility of clients included duties costs If there may be.
All returns due to faulty products or mistaken shipment will be at our costs.
How Long it takes usually to process a return approval?
Within 2 business day our Customer care will process your request sending a confirmation email together with the PDF version of the label to ship back your Hyusto.
How Do I Ship back Hyusto shoes?
As soon as you received your confirmation email with the label, you can pack your Hyusto into the original boxes together with all the collateral items and in a proper way not ruining it. You can use the same box used to receive the product or another box which is similar. Close properly with tape and attach the label on the box. You can drop the box on one of the authorized return centers or if you already requested a pickup, our customer care will contact you for a date and hour of pickup.
How it works if I requested an exchange?
As soon as your returns will be received from our Warehouse and inspected, you will receive an instant refund code to be used for the exchange for the same amount of the order. Use it to place another order and we’ll refund any remaining balance to the original form of payment in case there will be.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
If your product will be eligible for a return, you can expect to receive your refund within 5 business days after your return has been received in hour warehouse with the same method of payment applied for the order.
