Can I Return my order?

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issues, you can apply for a return within 14 days from the delivery. Shipping costs may apply depending on your country and on the placed order.

Please note size exchange is only possibile for orders above 210€

Please note that the shoes must be in new condition with all the original packaged contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, hangtags, collateral, etc).

What happens if I’ve tried my shoes on?

Shoes should be tried on cleaned indoors surface. Shoes received back with excess wear or damaged may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How Do I request a Return?

You can start your return or make an exchange by clicking here.

Insert your order number and your email
Select the item you want to return or exchange.
Insert the reason why you want to ship back
Provide extra notes and images if needed.
Choose between exchange and refund.

The size exchange are only possible for countries inside the European Union, USA, UK.

Request a size exchange

Size exchange requests are eligible for the European Union countries, USA and UK for orders above 210 €. In the "rest of world" the size exchange is not possible.

Items can be changed when a different size or a different color is available for the same item code. Changes for different item codes are not available.

The new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the item to be replaced and checked its condition. We can only change items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, modified or washed and are still provided with all the tags and original packaging.

The goods must be returned in one package. We reserve the right to refuse several returns made at different times on one order.

How much will cost returns shipment?

Italy, Europe A, UK: the shipping cost for the return are € 25.
USA: the shipping cost for the return are € 30.
Europe B*: the shipping cost for the return are € 25.
Rest of the world: shipment costs are carriage paid (client pays fully, including duties costs if required)

The amount will be deducted from the final refund. Partial refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Hyusto.

Returns for orders below 210 € require coverage of shipping cost of 40 € for Italy, Europe A, Europe B, UK, and USA. Returns to the rest of the world remains carriage paid.

Carefully follow the instruction you get via email during the return process.

How Long does it usually take to approve and process a return request?

Our Customer care will process your request sending you all the information you need to ship back your Hyusto within 2 business day.

If you're located in Italy, Europe A*, UK or North America, you find in our confirmation email a PDF version of the label to ship back what you've purchased. Otherwise, you can use a carrier of your choice receiving all the information you need to complete the shipment via email.

How Do I Ship Hyusto shoes?

As soon as you received your confirmation email, you can pack your Hyusto into the original boxes together with all the collateral items. Be careful, do not damage them.

You can use the same box you received the product or a similar one.
Close it properly and attach the label on the box if your shipping back from Italy, Europe A*, UK or North America.
Drop the box at an authorized return centers of your choice.

Please, make sure you follow the instruction we send you via email carefully.

If you may need to arrange a pick up at your place (or where you spend most of your day), make sure to contact us in order to book it at info@hyusto.com. This option is available for Italy, Europe A*, UK or North America return/exchange only.

How it works if I requested an exchange?

As soon as your returns will arrive at our warehouse and the status inspection has been completed, you get an instant refund code to use for placing another order.

We're going to refund any remaining balance to the original form of payment (in case there will be).

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

If your product will be eligible for a return, you can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days with the same method of payment applied for the order. Please keep checking at it.
