Every HYUSTO order is prepared with care and shipped from Civitanova Marche, Italy.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow every step of its journey.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can also track your shipment at any time through your account or via our tracking page.

Duties & Taxes
No surprises at delivery.
All HYUSTO orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever available, meaning any applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout.
- European Union: no customs duties apply. VAT is already included in the purchase price.
- United Kingdom and international destinations: applicable duties and taxes are calculated during checkout and prepaid on your behalf.
You won't be asked to pay additional import charges when your order is delivered.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched or you can track it clicking from the following link: https://account.hyusto.com/orders
If you can't find the email, simply track your shipment through your account or contact us at info@hyusto.com.
My Tracking Says Delivered, But I Haven't Received My Order
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and shipping address.
We'll work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Yes—provided your order hasn't already been shipped.
Because we prepare orders quickly, we recommend contacting us immediately if you'd like to change your shipping address or cancel your purchase.
Once the parcel has left our warehouse, we're no longer able to modify the shipment.
