When will my order ship?

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

How can I track my order?

You can find your tracking information on your order confirmation email. If you’re having trouble finding your order please click here insert your tracking code and zip code, other way feel free to reach out on email at info@hyusto.com.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?

Oh no! Reach out to the Hyusto Customer Experience Team with your tracking information and correct shipping address. We’ll get your issue sorted out as quickly as possible.

There will be duties on my international order?

Duties may be due upon delivery – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.

Receive in duties paid: DDP – Import duties & taxes are paid upon checkout.

For all orders shipped inside the European Community there will not be any duties to apply. 

For all order below the value of 800$ shipped to USA there won’t be any duties to apply.

For all order shipped to Canada, Japan, Korea, Switzerland there won’t be any duties to apply.

For all the rest of the countries duties will be upon client and must be paid to taxes authorities to receive the products.

Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your items arrive to you as soon as possible. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to change the shipping address, but we can't always catch it in time.
